Here’s what you can expect when working with me:
Let’s get to know each other
After you complete your travel questionnaire, we will connect for a complimentary travel consult call where we can get to know one another. I will ask you lots of questions to really understand what it is that you want and need in a trip. This is the time for you to share all of your travel dreams and desires as well as your dislikes so I have all the necessary information to craft your perfect itinerary. During this call, I will also share with you more about my services and what you can expect when working with me.

I design with you in mind
This is where I work my magic. I will take all of the valuable information you shared with me during our travel consult and craft your custom itinerary. Each trip that I craft is uniquely yours based on your budget, preferences, timeline, travelers and more. I will deliver your custom itinerary to you with a goal to nail it on the first try. I do realize there are always times that the trip details need to be tweaked, so we can iterate the itinerary up to 3 times until it’s perfect.

It’s time to make it official
Now that we’ve finalized your perfect escape, I’ll get everything booked and confirm all of your arrangements. This is where the giddiness takes over and you get to daydream about your upcoming getaway (good luck trying to stop thinking of your incredible trip.) As we approach your departure date I’ll be connecting with you again to put the finishing touches on your trip including finalizing any restaurant or spa reservations – I did mention I would handle it all, didn’t I?

Your escape begins
It’s time to pack your bags and take off on your personalized paradise. With your itinerary and all of your travel documents right in the palm of your hand (via an app I’ll provide) you can confidently depart knowing it’s all been taken care of. You will have in-country support for anything that may arise while you are traveling and I’ll be there to help every step of the way. I will also be in touch when you return to ensure everything was perfect, and start helping you think about what escape I can deliver for you next.

Why do you charge a fee?
I charge a fee to plan your trips because I'm providing you incredible service and value! You wouldn't expect your hairdresser to complete your cut and color for free, would you?! I'll be investing time and effort into researching and planning an incredible trip uniquely for you. Additionally, I’ll be providing high-touch support throughout the entire process! What locations do you plan trips to?
I can plan your trip to just about anywhere! I am an independent affiliate of Gifted Travel Network - a Virtuoso® Member, which gives me access to pre-vetted and preferred partners around the world. No matter where you want to go or what you want to do, you will have not only a dedicated travel advisor (ME) helping you, but also an in-destination preferred partner to ensure your trip is executed flawlessly!
How long does it take for you to build a trip itinerary?
As soon as you pay the planning fee, I get to work! The average time to return your itinerary is 2 weeks, sometimes sooner and sometimes longer depending on the trip length and complexity. Each trip is completely custom, so the process takes time to ensure a perfectly crafted unique trip is delivered for you. Once we review the initial itinerary, we can make tweaks and adjust to ensure it's perfect, but my goal is always to nail it on the first try!
What if I just need a hotel?
I can help! If you know what hotel you want and don't require hotel research, I can book that for you complimentary. Because of my partnership with Virtuoso ® as well as my alignment to all the major hotel programs, if you book with me, I can almost always pass on perks like $100 property credits to use on food or the spa, free daily breakfast, as well as room upgrades, and early check-in/late check-out based on availability. These perks aren’t typically offered if you book yourself.

Do I need travel insurance?
While it's not required, I highly recommend that you get it and don't sweat - I’ll help you find the right coverage! Just like having insurance for your home or car, you want to protect your trip investment and any medical situations that come up while traveling. Did you know that your U.S. health care plans almost never extend to your international travels? Life is full of unexpected surprises, and being covered when one of those surprises pops up will ensure you are going into your trip stress free as you know you are covered!
